Viscosity Reduction


Liquid carbohydrase enzyme preparation containing hemicellulase and xylanase. This product helps to rapidly reduce viscosity of grain slurries, resulting in improved filtration and reduced energy consumption.


Thermostable beta glucanase enzyme preparation which rapidly reduces viscosity of cereal grain slurries, which in turn helps to reduce energy consumption and improve plant capacity. Because of its tolerance to a wide range of temperatures and pH, this product is also used during jet-cooking and liquefaction.

A novel protease that can be used during Simultaneous Saccharification and Fermentation (SSF) to help increase available Free Amino Nitrogen (FAN), which can enhance and speed up the fermentation process.
