SEB Clear

SEBclear is a liquid enzyme preparation produced by fermentation of a selected, non-GMO strain of Trichoderma supplemented with protease produced from the fruit of Carica papaya. SEBclear contains an endo-glucanase that catalyzes the break-down of barley and malto beta glucan endo-proteases which hydrolyze cereal proteins, primarily responsible for post-chilling haze formation.
